This 45 minute full body barre workout combines strengthening, toning and flexibility exercises with consistent attention to building core strength. Expect your muscles to shake and burn in the best way as small, repetitive movements will isolate each muscle group. We'll use various light props to intensify and focus movements, with modifications always offered to find your individual edge. You'll leave feeling challenged, empowered, and ready to come back for more!
