K.O. -  is a fun and fast-paced fitness class that combines elements of boxing, functional training

and high intensity interval training (HIIT) for overall conditioning and toning.

WEIGHT LIFTING 101

Weightlifting 101 class is great for members who have previous knowledge with weightlifting or beginners who want to learn new routines to increase strength, improve form and burn fat. Break the monotony of your current routine and join this class for a new challenge. (This class is suitable for beginners and advanced)

SNATCHED 

Come work your core and lower body with this definition building class. Improve tone not just in your glutes and abs, but also in your lower back, quads, hamstrings and inner thighs.

BODY BOOT CAMP 

Body Boot Camp is designed for MAXIMUM calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. We want to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body, and most importantly MAKE FITNESS FUN! This 1 hour sweat session will put you through a combination of, interval training , strength training, and calisthenics for an amazing total body workout!

30 MINUTE AB LAB

(TABATA)

30 MIN AB-LAB - Tighten your Tummy, improve your posture and get that six-pack! This abs class will focus on everything core. If you’re looking to set those abs on fire and define that stomach you need to be here!

BARRE 

This 45 minute full body barre workout combines strengthening, toning and flexibility exercises with consistent attention to building core strength. Expect your muscles to shake and burn in the best way as small, repetitive movements will isolate each muscle group. We'll use various light props to intensify and focus movements, with modifications always offered to find your individual edge. You'll leave feeling challenged, empowered, and ready to come back for more!
