This class is highly based off cross fit moves. WOD is an intense exercise class meant to challenge the more advanced partcipant. In this class, we will work with both body weight movements and incorporate weights and cardio. Most routines will challenge you by either time or AMRAP=As many reps as possible. This 45 min class will challenge you to the max.
This full body barre workout combines strengthening, toning, and flexibility exercises with consistent attention to building core strength. Expect your muscles to shake and burn in the best way as small, repetitive movements will isolate each muscle group. We'll use various light props to intensify and focus movements, with modifications always offered to find your individual edge. You'll leave feeling challenged, empowered, and ready to come back for more!
Boot Camp is designed for MAXIMUM calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. We want to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body, and mostly important MAKE FITNESS FUN! This 1 hour sweat session will put you through a combination of interval training, strength training, and calistenics for an amazing total body workout!
ARMS & ABS
Work your abs and your upper body muscles in this trengthening class with targeted exercises for the triceps, shoulders, biceps and upper back. You will also work your core to taper your torso and strengthen it. Not only will you get stronger but you will get your heart pumping and break a sweat.

Where are all our "Around the way girls?" This class will be mixing a little old school with new school. Xtreme Hip Hop is a revamp of traditional step aerobics. Routines are set to old and new school hip hop, it makes you want to get up and move while getting your calorie burn and sweat on!
